The staff are all friendly. The bed is comfortable. Shower is great. WiFi is fast and stable in the room and lobby, but you will lose it in the hallways. The gym on the top (8th) floor is better than similar hotels, but not the best (around 8 lifting machines, 4 treadmills, and some dumbbells). Breakfast is decent, but you get the exact same food every single day. Depending on the number of hotel guests, some items may run out of food before you get there.

Despite having had some terrible experiene a few years back, we dedided to go back and I am glad to say we noticed marked improvement in everything, as it used to be just before the pandemia. The staff were very helpful, breakfast was excellent, room was spotlessly clean. Actually, we had dinner at the hotel on two occasions and I highly recommend their grilled octopus - out of this world! Congratulations to the management for having brought in a very capable head of reservations and many thanks to all the staff from the cleaning ladies, to front desk personnel and all the restaurant staff for making this a very pleasant stay.

A well located hotel in the Miraflores district to suit business and holiday travellers. Rooms were well appointed, beds comfortable, staff helpful even where English was limited, breakfast decent with some local colour. Easy walking access to local area's highlights, such as Olive Parque, and shopping.

Breakfast has a large variety of fruit selection, including passion fruit (granadilla), mango, prickly pair (Tuna), orange, papaya, water melon, pine apple. It offers other standard breakfast food as well, such as bacon, saussage, scrambled egg, toast, cereal, coffe, and tea. Location was great. Many nice restaurants within walking distance, such as Osaka. Room is large enough, though a bit old, but the beds are very comfortable, and the room is very quite. Staffs are very friendly, offers all ifnormation, and make connections for calls from my pick-up service. There is also archeology site nearby (HUACA PUCLLANA), but with a child for my travel, we didn't visit that. Overall, I would stay here again if visiting LIma.

Breakfast was of good quality and had a variety of choices that provided something for everyone in our group. We booked the Junior Suite with Bath which was very spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the use of the hot tub. The area is walkable, seems safe and is easily accessible using Uber to outlying areas. Staff was courteous and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Location and minimalist atmosphere. Great breakfast. Melisa was wonderful in setting up pickups at airport for me and my 11 family arriving at different times!

Everything was well done! Clean, great breakfast, helpful staff, handy and reliable laundry service and superb location. Had provided transportation for 4 separate arrivals at airport with ease.

Got a bigger room. Location was good and accessible from hood food options near by and more importantly near to the office space I needed to travel daily. They had good options for breakfast including vegetarian.
